Fertilizer grading

Good morning, savvygardening.com lists three numbers one sees on fertilizer labels representing the product’s N-P-K ratio. The N in the ratio is for nitrogen, the P for phosphorous, and the K for potassium. The fertilizer numbers found on the package represent the percentage (by weight) of these three macro-nutrients as they are found in that package. Though plants use many different nutrients to fuel their growth, these three are used in the largest amounts. For example, 10-5-10 on the label, holds 10% N, 5% P, and 10% K. The remaining 75% of the bag’s weight is carrier product. The spiritual N-P-K ratio is just as important for growth (N) Natural – the percentage of personality and the natural you, (P) Prayer – the percentage of the day spent in prayer and supplication, (K) Kinetic – the amount of motion and action brought about by faith. The rest is the filler of the day.

Mark 9:27 – 29 (GNB) But Jesus took the boy by the hand and helped him rise, and he stood up. After Jesus had gone indoors, his disciples asked him privately, “Why couldn’t we drive the spirit out?” “Only prayer can drive this kind out,” answered Jesus; “nothing else can.” Here Jesus explains that the dimension of prayer will allow for the Kinetic power of faith to increase so that the authority of God can be seen in the works God’s children do. Often believers are unbalanced, only the natural self will not suffice, prayer with the Kinetic faith are the nutrients to spiritual strength.

Dear Father, feed me spiritually with the nutrients of heaven, revive my mind and bring me to a place of spiritual success. Make me selfless so that your Holy Spirit can work through me for the good of others. In Jesus’ name, Amen. Dr Cliff Ferguson – Shalom Centurion.
