Sunlight

Good morning, the sun shines again Britanica.com cites that sunlight is broken down into three major components: 1) visible light, 2) ultraviolet light, and 3) infrared radiation. Visible light brings out the colour of life visible to the human eye. Ultraviolet light helps the skin produce a type of vitamin D, (vitamin D3), which plays an important role – along with calcium – in bone and muscle health, lastly infra-red light helps in the detoxification of the body.

Look at Jesus the light described in John 1:4-5 The Word was the source of life, and this life brought light to people. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has never put it out. The Light of Christ brings with it three penetrating characteristics 1) Truth of the living Word, 2) Discernment and 3) Healing. With only these three main characteristics God’s grace and love turns lives around, breaks bondage, releases from pain, penetrates the mind to still emotions.

Jesus’ light allows one to see the colour of life again, by the discerning light, error is revealed and by the light of healing the body is regenerated. Light is a requirement for life on earth, and that same prerequisite remains for heaven. Revelation 21:23 The city has no need of the sun or the moon to shine on it, because the glory of God shines on it, and the Lamb is its lamp.

Dear Father, penetrate my Spirit, Mind and Body with the light of your Holy Spirit today. Create in me a clean and pure conscience and deliver me from any evil which may be coming my way by your light of revelation and truth. Heal my body and keep it free from ailments and disease. I pray this in Jesus’ Holy name, Amen. Dr Cliff Ferguson – Shalom Centurion
